Business Freedom Brotherhood
The world that created successful men is disappearing.
AI will reshape business.
Culture will continue fragmenting.
Distraction will intensify.
And the men who lead their families, businesses, and communities well through what's ahead will not do so accidentally.
They will do so intentionally.
Business Freedom Brotherhood is a curated Brotherhood for successful Christian men preparing for what comes next.
12 Men.
12 Months.
Christ at the center.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”— Proverbs 27:17
Why This Brotherhood Is Different
Business.
Leadership.
Culture.
Technology.
Attention.
Family.
Even the way men think, lead, work, and relate to one another.
The world that created successful men over the last decade is disappearing.
And many of the men who built thriving businesses, created wealth, and achieved freedom are quietly becoming unprepared for what comes next.
Not because they are weak.
Because the rules are changing.
This is not a time to coast.
This is not a time to isolate.
This is not a time to continue living distracted, fragmented, entertained, and spiritually disconnected.
God is raising up men capable of leading with clarity, conviction, wisdom, resilience, and deep spiritual alignment through uncertain times.
That requires a different kind of preparation.
Most rooms help men grow one area of life.
Business.
Faith.
Leadership.
Health.
What's ahead will require all of them.
Business Freedom Brotherhood exists to help strong men stay strong, grounded, and prepared for the future they are being called to lead through.
Together.
What Becomes Possible When 12 Men Prepare Together
The pace of the world is accelerating.
Most men are constantly reacting.
Constantly consuming.
Constantly pulled in a dozen directions at once.
But men who prepare intentionally begin operating differently.
Clearer.
Calmer.
More disciplined.
More focused.
More aligned.
They stop making decisions from pressure and urgency.
And start leading from conviction.
Most successful men are surrounded by people who depend on them.
Very few are surrounded by men who sharpen them.
Men who challenge blind spots.
Strengthen convictions.
Pray consistently.
Speak truth honestly.
And refuse to let one another slowly drift toward comfort, distraction, isolation, or irrelevance.
Prepared men need other prepared men.
What's ahead will test more than business skill.
It will test marriages.
Families.
Leadership.
Faith.
Emotional resilience.
Spiritual grounding.
The men who remain steady through uncertain times will not necessarily be the smartest.
They will be the most grounded.
Spiritually.
Mentally.
Physically.
Relationally.
At some point the question changes.
From:
“What else can I build?”
to:
“What has God entrusted me to protect, strengthen, and advance?”
That shift changes everything.
How you lead.
How you parent.
How you spend your time.
How you build.
How you prepare.
How you think about legacy.
This Brotherhood exists for men who believe their greatest contribution may still lie ahead.
The Foundation
Every conversation, decision, challenge, and opportunity is viewed through the lens of these six domains.
Because what's ahead will require men who are aligned spiritually, mentally, physically, relationally, and strategically.
What if success was never the destination?
Most men spend decades building businesses, wealth, influence, and freedom.
Few stop to ask why God entrusted those things to them in the first place.
At some point the question changes.
Not:
“What can I build?”
But:
“What is God calling me to do through what I've built?”
Because perhaps the greatest assignment of your life still lies ahead.
The world is becoming louder, faster, more distracted, and more unstable.
Your family needs more than your presence.
It needs your leadership.
Your steadiness.
Your emotional grounding.
As husbands, fathers, sons, and friends, we are shaping the emotional climate of the people closest to us whether we realize it or not.
Because the greatest legacy most men leave behind will not be what they built.
It will be the people they strengthened along the way.
Most men treat health as maintenance. Prepared men treat it as stewardship.
What's ahead will require more energy.
More clarity.
More resilience.
More capacity.
This is not about appearance.
It is about having the physical strength, emotional resilience, and mental sharpness required to lead well under increasing pressure.
Because the mission ahead deserves a man operating at his best.
At what point does wealth become stewardship?
Most men spend decades focused on accumulation.
Eventually the question changes.
Not:
“How much more can I build?”
But:
“What am I now responsible for protecting, strengthening, and advancing?”
Because wealth is no longer simply about lifestyle.
It becomes about stewardship, freedom, responsibility, and impact.
The enemy is no longer opportunity. The enemy is distraction.
Most successful men are drowning in noise.
Noise that steals attention.
Conviction.
Presence.
Peace.
This domain is about eliminating distraction, protecting attention, and ensuring your life is aligned around what matters most.
Because distracted men rarely lead anything well for very long.
The world that created successful men is disappearing.
AI is reshaping business.
Technology is reshaping attention.
Culture is reshaping leadership, relationships, and identity.
The question is not whether the world will change.
The question is whether men will prepare intentionally before the pressure arrives.
Because the future belongs to men willing to adapt, sharpen themselves, and lead with conviction through uncertain times.
The Rhythm of the Brotherhood
A year-long rhythm of preparation, sharpening, alignment, and brotherhood for men committed to continuing the ascent.
ANNUALLY
A structured annual process for stepping back, seeing clearly, and intentionally preparing for what lies ahead.
Not simply planning the next year.
Ensuring you are preparing intentionally for the mountain ahead.
TWICE PER YEAR
12 men.
No distractions.
Conversations that matter.
Just a small group of men gathering away from the noise to sharpen one another, speak truth honestly, and prepare together for what lies ahead.
MONTHLY
A private monthly conversation focused on clarity, alignment, stewardship, and direction.
Because even strong men drift without intentional reflection, sharpening, and recalibration.
WEEKLY
A trusted table for truth, sharpening, conviction, and brotherhood.
A weekly gathering where prepared men challenge one another honestly, strengthen convictions, and refuse to let one another drift into distraction, isolation, or irrelevance.
THE CONDITION OF THE MAN
THE CONDITION OF HIS INFLUENCE
The latest thinking in health, longevity, leadership, technology, business, and stewardship.
Together, they create the kind of conversations most successful men rarely have — and even more rarely have around the same table.
DAILY
A daily rhythm of communion with God, reflection, sharpening, encouragement, and intentionality.
For most of my adult life, I was building for freedom.
I built a successful real estate business.
Then I spent more than a decade helping thousands of agents build businesses designed to create time and money freedom for themselves and their families.
Eventually, I helped build a network of more than 2,000 agents across multiple countries through eXp Realty.
And in many ways, it worked.
I created the freedom I had spent decades pursuing.
For a long time, I believed that was the destination.
But over the last several years, I began realizing something I couldn't ignore:
Freedom for the sake of freedom is not the point.
God does not bless us with time, money, influence, wisdom, and experience so we can spend the second half of life optimizing for comfort, entertainment, hobbies, and coasting.
He entrusts those things to us for a reason.
And I became increasingly convicted that many successful men quietly lose direction after climbing the first mountain.
Not because they stop achieving.
Because they stop being challenged.
I saw it in others.
And honestly, I saw parts of it in myself.
Years of pressure, striving, performance, and achievement had taken a toll.
There was collateral damage.
Challenges in my marriage.
Difficult seasons of parenting.
Neglecting my health while building and performing at a high level for decades.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I started slowing down enough to hear what I believe God was trying to tell me.
Simplify.
Slow down.
Stop striving.
Trust Me more deeply.
Build with greater intentionality.
Stop asking Me to bless your plans while ignoring Mine.
I began sensing that God was calling me into a completely different season.
Not retirement.
Not coasting.
Not disappearing onto a golf course for the next thirty years.
But a season of deeper stewardship.
Deeper brotherhood.
Deeper impact.
A season of simplifying so He could multiply.
At the same time, I became deeply convicted that the years ahead are going to require a different kind of man.
Technology is changing everything.
Culture is shifting rapidly.
Distraction is becoming constant.
And many capable men are drifting toward isolation, noise, comfort, and irrelevance without even realizing it.
Not because they are weak.
Because no man was designed to prepare for what's ahead alone.
I started looking for a Brotherhood where successful Christian men could sharpen one another honestly.
A Brotherhood where faith was central.
Where image could be set aside.
Where strong men prepared together for the next chapter of impact, stewardship, leadership, and Kingdom contribution.
I never found it.
And eventually I realized something else:
I don't need to build this.
I feel called to build this.
So that's what I'm doing.
And it starts with 12 men.
